RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN PROCESS
When a right to be forgotten request is received and identified, the stored data will be evaluated on the basis of justification for keeping. All data will be removed where it is no longer required or incorrect. The requestor will be notified of any data that needs to be kept and the reasons why. The “Right to be Forgotten Request” will be archived for historical reference.
NOTIFICATION OF A BREACH PROCESS
Once a breach is identified First Line will evaluate the scale of the breach. First Line will notify the relevant authority as soon as able, aiming to be within 72 hours of first identifying the breach. Affected users will be notified by First Line in a timely fashion, in the instance that this breach is of highly sensitive nature this notification will be asap.
